Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Airyaman Holistic Hive, we are committed to providing high-quality holistic health services, therapies, workshops, and wellness products. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Appointment Cancellations (Consultations, Therapies, Sessions)

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation
    • Cancellations made with or within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, depending on availability.

  • No-shows
    • Not attending without prior notice is considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Airyaman-Initiated Cancellations
    • In case we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative slot or a full refund.

2. Workshop/Event Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated
    • 50% advance upon proposal confirmation.
    • Balance 50% on the day of commencement.

  • Organizer-Initiated Cancellation
    • If we cancel or reschedule an event, a full refund or credit toward a future session will be provided.

3. Package/Retreat Deals

(e.g., Multi-Session Programs, Therapy Bundles)

  • Validity
    • All package sessions must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
    • Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Non-Transferable
    • Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Airyaman Holistic Hive.

  • Missed or Late Appointments in Packages
    • Standard cancellation and rescheduling rules apply to each session within the package.

4. Product Returns

• Once sold, no return.
